In January 2009 company Marolex introduced new, innovative pumps marked with the following codes:

R05d - internal pump for all models of Profession and Hobby sprayers and for Autowasher

R05e - external pump for Profession Plus

R05dV -  internal pump with Viton seals for Industry sprayers and Dis.Infector

R05eV - external pump with Viton seals

The new pumps replaced the old models of pumps produced in years 1989-2008, marked with the following codes: R05, R05b, R05c and the versions with viton seals: R05V, R05bV, R05cV

The main quality of the new pumps, distinguishing it from the old ones, is exchanging the metal pump piston for the plastic one which is completely resistant to any caustic substances and corrosion. The metal pistons after years of usage could corrode even though they were covered by the layer of zinc and the plastic piston is 100% safe from rust.

The construction of the new pumps is designed using a very advanced constructional software, simulating any possible stresses and pressures what ensures the pump's strength, durability and flexibility.

The pump piston is made from a best suited, strong copolymere plastic and the construction is strengthen by the ribs so there is no danger of breaking it.

The new pumps are very comfortable for pumping what is owed to the optimum handle shape and the perfect internal construction.

They are also very simple for dismantling so the servicing (periodical lubricating) is easy and fast.

The new pumps are universal and can be used exchangably for all models of our 5,7,9 12L compression sprayers.
